8×10 Greenhouse – Elite Belmont

The frame of the Belmont greenhouse is made from sturdy, maintenance free aluminium with strong, well braced glazing bars. Cantilever braces are included to add additional strength to the structure, as does Integral aluminium guttering and full length ridge and cills. The frame has a 10 year manufacturers guarantee. 

Finish – You can choose the finish of the frame to suit your garden, either the –
Standard plain aluminium frame.
Or,
Powder coated coloured finish which gives the greenhouse a very professional, attractive finish which is very hard wearing and resistant to UV degradation, in a choice of Green, Brown, Graphite or White.

Integral base – this is an integral part of the framework giving additional strength to the overall structure. The base is aluminium therefore will not rust, rot or warp. To make access easy the door has been ‘dropped’ into this base providing a ground level threshold for easier access.

Door – supplied with a 2′ wide (610mm) x 5’9″ (1750mm) single sliding door. This door incorporates a handle for smooth and easy door operation and a door lock to provide some basic security for your greenhouse and is supplied with two keys.

Roof vents – are 2ft (610mm) square and 2 are included with the greenhouse. 
If you would like more roof vents additional vents can be purchased as optional extras.

Choose the glazing to suit you:
Horticultural glass – 3mm thick panes of horticultural glass (approx 2′ Sq) which overlap when you fit them into the greenhouse frame.
Toughened glass – Grade ‘A’ toughened glass to British Standard 6206A, if broken the glass granulates removing any danger of injury. Supplied as full sheets (ie. floor to eave, eave to ridge) where practical, with no overlapping glass you’ll have a neater finish and removes the problem of algae or moss growing which can occur when panels of glass overlap.
Polycarbonate – UV treated 6mm thick, twin wall polycarbonate. Like toughened glass, polycarbonate is supplied in full sheets where practical. It is the safest option where children and pets are concerned, as it is virtually unbreakable.

Height: 5′ 2″ (1585mm) high to the eaves, 8′ (2475mm) high to the ridge.
Width: 8’5″ (2545mm) wide.
Lengths: 10’5″ Wide.
Longer lengths are available, simply call for a quotation.

Delivery Details

The dimensions provided for greenhouses are ‘nominal’. A nominal size is used for identification purposes only and will not match the exact dimensions of the product. We can supply you with exact dimensions which will allow you to prepare a base in advance if you need to.

These greenhouses are supplied direct from the manufacturers. Whilst every attempt is made for your order to be delivered promptly and in perfect condition we strongly recommend that no arrangements for installation involving third party contractors are made until you are in receipt of your goods and have checked that they are satisfactory.

 

Please Note: Elite use their own transport to deliver their greenhouses.  Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery on plain frame models and 8-10 for painted models.

 Is your address hard to find? If so, please give landmarks near the property, e.g. across the road from the pub, near the school etc.
 Are there any low bridges, narrow roads or any restrictions you can think of in gaining access to the property? 
 Can we get there with our vehicle? – a 15 ton lorry, 30’ long, 11’4″ high, 8’6″ wide (similar to the size of a removal van).
