Elite Craftsman 6’3″ Wide Greenhouse

Standard Features:

 Three different types of glazing material are available.

Horticultural glass – is 3mm thick and you will have overlapping glass sheets (approx. 24″ (610mm) square) when glazing the greenhouse.

 Toughened safety glass – which, in the event of a breakage, will granulate removing any danger of injury. Elite only use Grade A toughened glass to Standard EN12150 which is primarily in full length sheets (floor to eave and eave to ridge) providing a neater finish.This removes any overlapping glass where algae and moss can often be a problem.

Polycarbonate – UVI treated 6mm thick, twin wall with taped edges and, like toughened safety glass, it comes in full sheets and is a great option where children and pets are concerned as it is virtually unbreakable.

Aluminium Frame – covered by a 10 year manufacturer’s guarantee. This frame can either be left plain, or finished with a powder coating in Green, Brown, White or Graphite. Powder coating gives the greenhouse a professional, attractive finish which is also hard wearing, providing protection to the aluminium frame for many years.

Integral Aluminium Base – the aluminium base is an integral part of the framework and the door is ‘dropped’ into the base providing a ground level threshold allowing easy access for the user.

Integral Gutters – Elite are famed for their unique semi-circular gutters which run along either side of the greenhouse, at eaves height. To collect rainwater you will need to purchase an Elite Rainwater Collection Kit, available to purchase separately.

Sliding Door – for easy access, precission rollers allow fingertip operation. The door is 5ft 9in high x 2ft wide, and can be fitted to open to either the right or left hand side.

Ventilation – supplied with 2ft sq roof vents as detailed – 

None with the 2ft 5in model,

One with the 4ft 4in and 6ft 4in long models,

Two with the 8ft 5in, 10ft 5in and 12ft 6in long models.

Three with the 14ft 6in and 16ft 6in models,

Four with the 18ft 6in and 20ft 6in models.

PLEASE NOTE: The 2ft 5in model is not for free standing, it has no back gable end and is designed to fit against a wall. 

 Depending on what the greenhouse is going to be used for, additional roof vents and side louvers can be purchased. 

 The dimensions provided for greenhouses are ‘nominal’. A nominal size is used for identification purposes only and will not match the exact dimensions of the product. We can supply you with exact dimensions which will allow you to prepare a base in advance if you need to.

 These greenhouses are supplied direct from the manufacturers. Whilst every attempt is made for your order to be delivered promptly and in perfect condition we strongly recommend that no arrangements for installation involving third party contractors are made until you are in receipt of your 

Please Note: Elite use their own transport to deliver their greenhouses.  Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery on plain frame models and 8-10 for painted models.

 Is your address hard to find? If so, please give landmarks near the property, e.g. across the road from the pub, near the school etc.

 Are there any low bridges, narrow roads or any restrictions you can think of in gaining access to the property? 

 Can we get there with our vehicle? – a 15 ton lorry, 30’ long, 11’4″ high, 8’6″ wide (similar to the size of a removal van).
